We are excited to announce that the PDF Executive Summary is now included by default with each delivery of SAP Signavio Process Insights, discovery edition.
The summary, attached directly to the delivery email, replaces the previous Getting Started Guide to streamline content delivery and ensure you receive all necessary information without overwhelming attachments.
Additionally, we have expanded the content by incorporating two new topics:
- AI recommendations
- HR recommendations
These enhancements aim to foster more in-depth innovation and transformation discussions with your customers, focusing on high-visibility and critical topics.

AI Recommendations
For each Line of Business, the new "Business AI Recommendations" section has been added to the level 3 Navigation bar:
When you click on it you will find a table with the AI recommendations listed by Value Drivers and PPI:
On the right side of the table (highlighted in red), you can find the name and the type of the AI recommendations for the Line of Business. By clicking on it, you will be provided with more information. (View the Innovation type legend on the bottom).
By looking at the left part of the table you can see what value driver and which PPI (Process Performance Indicator) this innovation relates to.
(You can click on each Value Driver or PPI to review the system information online).
And just next to the PPI column, you can review the value extracted from the system for this indicator (the highest the value is the most potential of the AI recommendation).
If there is information in the Value Analysis (online) for the related indicator, it will also be displayed:
This allows you to directly determine the potential monetary impact on process performance from implementing an AI recommendation. Please note that each Innovations related to the same Value Driver/PPI will be listed together.
For the same PPI, the other cells of the table will be empty:
HR Recommendations
Please note: We did not develop any Process Performance indicator nor any other SAP Signavio capability. We are mapping HR solutions (SuccessFactors, Concur) to used ERP or SAP S/4HANA transactions.
We brought back the HR recommendations from Process Discovery (now discontinued).
We still have the 3 pages: Introduction, Recommendations list, and getting started:

Note: The content is NOT accessible via the “Lines of Business” section of the PDF (because we do not have performance metrics and deep dive capabilities for this area).
To access the HR content, you will need to go to the “Next Steps” section of the top navigation bar, select “ERP Transformation” from the second level navigation and “Additional Human Resources Content”.
