At times, we come across a scenario where we are required to move tasks from one transport request to another.

Please follow below steps to move tasks from one transport request to another

1) Goto Tcode : SE09

Display all the modifiable request

In the next screen, you will get complete list of modifiable workbench / customizing TR.

2) Select the TR, and select the task that needs to be moved to another TR

You must be owner of the task, when you reorganize it, so write down the name of the original owner and change it back later.

Goto Utilities -> Reorganize -> Reassign task

3) Next screen will prompt for new TR. Provide the transport request where the tasks needs to be moved.

Hello from 2022! 🙂 I needed to do this once in a while and always forget how it's done. Keep looking for this option in SE01 and then end up rediscovering this post on Google. Used this tip several times over the years.

It's a pitty that OP got "formerized" and we don't get to thank them properly. But whoever you were - thank you!
