Unable to assign physical inventory warehouse order to resource in monitor - EWM

Hi,

I am unable to assign physical inventory warehouse order to resource in warehouse monitor. I am getting below error message

No suitable warehouse orders were found

Message no. /SCWM/RSRC038

Queue was automatically assigned without issue. i already referred below link but my issue is not with the queue assignment. we are in EWM 7.0 version. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Smith,

Were you able to fix this?I have exactly same issue.My queue determination is fine but when i assign resource manually in monitor it is giving me error that no warehouse orders were found.

Hi!

Check that your resource can access to queue. Maintain assignment resource group to queue.

Hi,

Can you check the tolerance groups of the user? which is assigned to the resource..

And also check the resource and resource group assignment, either the resource group maintained for the  queue.
