Line Approval or rejection by Approving Authorities

Currently system works on the document wise approval. Is it possible to approve and reject the document partially for line item in the document ?

Hi shekharsharma 

Unfortunately, in the current B1, the approval process triggers only when the conditions of certain approval template are met. So you can take a look at the template -Terms tab. 

It is not the case that user can select some rows to trigger the process, instead, you can design your own approval query to define a condition those rows might meet, such as a certain value of document total or conditions like that.

Hi Nidhi,

The requirement is little bit different. While an approver is approving the document he should able to approve partial line items.

For Example, One Document is having 5 line items and approver wants to approve only 2 line items.
