How can I see an example html report.

The objective is to see how I can share boards but so that only a few specific technicians see it and they can only see their boards.

Do you know how i can do that in fsm i possible do that with hotml reports

Hello Ruben,
the intention behind an HTML report is to generate a PDF summary of serviceCall / activity data with attached checklists, efforts, mileages, expenses and material.
Hence, wer are in the service process at workflow step 'checkout' to have a summary that can be signed by the customer.

I think this I no option to share whole dispatching boards.
For this, I would use the user policy groups and maintain the authorization.

But I know your specific requirements... So please check if you can restrict with authorization and org level assignment.
