Missing "yellow total line" and "Change layout button" in ME51N/ME52N

Hi all,

could somebody help me? It's urgent.

User cannot see the yellow total line in ME51N/ME52N (Display/Change Purchase Requisition) and also not the "Change Layout Button". The yellow total line is more important. To add it, he wanted to change the layout but he hasn't any option to do it. He's using the normal GUI (ERP system). What could be the issue?

Yellow line is an Aggregation line which appears when the layout has 'Aggregation' Indicator selected. Normally the indicator applicable for Quantity, Price and other fields.
seems somebody modified the layout and made it as default for all. 
with ADMIN or relevant user ID, modify the settings as explained above. Please revert for any questions.
