Planning notes in sap ibp

while creating the planning notes for a stored calculated keyfigure in excel we encountered the below error.

"You can only change keyfigues for existing attribute/value combinations.to add key figures values for new attribute/value combinations,choose new combination"

can someone suggest what to be done when this error occurs.

Hi shannu.s,

1. Please clear the metadata cache and login into the IBP excel again.

2. for the combinations which you are trying to create planning note does not exist. Can you verify if the planning objects available for those combinations? Also, check for the combinations in the master data.

If the above steps do not work, please attach the KF configuration (from planning area) snapshot. Also share the planning view snapshot.

This did work after clearing the cache and creating the planning objects
