Unlike the Planning and Dispatching board, skills are not getting validated during manual activity assignment from the Service map.
Steps to reproduce the scenario
*Select a tech that don't possess the required skill to perform an activity.
FSM Shell > Service Map -> Select a technician in the right-side bar > Select an activity in the service map > Drag the activity to the technician's schedule (right-side bar) > Notice the activity gets assigned to a technician without any warnings though the technician doesn't possess the required skills needed to perform the activity.

Is there a setting or any other way to enforce skill validation when assigning an activity from the Service map?
