Hi All,

Is there any way we can change the quantity in GR once the goods receipt is posted.

In order to get the system batch number, store do MIGO for full quantity of the purchase order. After labeling the batch number for the MIGO quantity. From bay take into the storage area form their only counting take in place. If quantity shortage is any way to change the MIGO quantity & repost. Please guide me on this.

Hello,

It is not possible to change the Goods Receipt (GR) quantity once the material document has been created. To address this, you can cancel the entire document using a cancellation transaction or manually post a 102 movement type for the canceled quantity. Ideally, you should use movement type 122, which is for return deliveries.

If an incorrect GR was posted, it is recommended to cancel the material document and then post the GR again with the correct quantity.
