TS heuristic is producing early and fulfillment on time the demand

Hi, Experts!

I'm having a problem with capacity and fulfillment my demand. When I run heuristic, my demand is M2 and I have capacity available to M0 and M1, the heurist is consuming capacity for my resource in M1 to fulfillment my demand in M2. I'd like to fulfillment on time or after my demand. can you help me how better this scenario?

Hi,

Heuristic will always try to meet demand on time and produce accordingly. There are very limited control you have if you are expecting specific behaviour (you can also explore TS optimizer and TS finite heuristics)

1. if its producing early, then please check lead times

2. If its produce late, then please check freeze horizon. It will be driven by negative projected stock feature/
