I want to fetch a value for profit center from the table which contains wbs element when the wbs element is getting displayed in the output. what will be the query ?

In short profit center must display value for the table in which we have wbs element when the wbs element is getting displayed in output. and when no wbs element is getting displayed the profit center value must be from his table only
