CIF QUEUE in R3

Hi,

For the CIF Queues in R3, i could see the errors in SMQ1 and SMQ2 ..how do we find the cause of the error,

Hi,

Many a times, you see the reason in the error itself.

For example., you may see the error "Integration model not active for material XXX in Plant YYYY".

For finding the root cause , you will have to study the related processes in detail( how the process is performed in SAP ECC or APO).

From experience, the majoirty cause of the errors could be attirbuted to 1. Master Data Errors, 2. job / process failures 3. Bugs
