Inspection Lot number cannot be displayed on the ERP Client

Hello,

I completed the ewm - qm integration in the decentralized s/4HANA system with the "How To Configure Quality Management Processes for Decentralized EWM Based On SAP S/4HANA" published by SAP. An inspection lot number was created in the decentralized EWM client, but this number cannot be displayed on the ERP side. None of the inspection lot numbers I created that day are in erp (even when I search without entering the inspection number). There is no error in the queue. When I look at slg1 in the ewm client, I do not see a record related to QIE. Delivery completion information went to ERP. What do you think I may have done wrong?

I founded missing configuration. The Installation conf. was missing.
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Cross-Process Settings -> Quality Management -> Quality Management for Decentralized EWM -> Basics and Integration -> Communication with an External QM System -> Define External QM Systems
