Purpose: In this blog, we will see how to have the ERP delivery number be listed as the EWM document number, which eliminates the need for separate EWM document numbers in embedded EWM. This can be setup for all inbound and outbound deliveries and can be used in a decentralized system as well. Inbound Delivery Configuration
SAP IMG > SCM EWM > EWM > Goods Receipt Process > Inbound Delivery > Define Document Types for Inbound Delivery Process
Outbound Delivery Configuration
SAP IMG > SCM EWM > EWM > Goods Issue Process > Outbound Delivery > Define Document Types for Outbound Delivery Process
Results: Now you when searching in the monitor, you can see the document number updates with ERP delivery number. Deliveries created before implementing this configuration update will remain the same and have different LE delivery & EWM delivery numbers
