User cannot see any SC in SAP SRM

Hello,

I have created an user in SAP SRM, I have assigned it with the organization ID in PPOMA_BBP, I have added the Purchasing Organization, all the setting, and still, when the users goes into the frontend of SRM, he cannot see any Shopping Carts. The product categories have all been assigned in the Organization ID, in tab Responsibility. Is it possible that the issue is because he was assigned through T-Code USERS_GEN to an Organization ID, and then I moved it to another one? The user is a buyer.

Hello Bianca,

Is this about normal SCs or Team Carts? In case of normal SCs, users should see only their own SCs (where the user is the Requester). Does the user have such SC? If yes, could you please try to search directly with the SC number?

Can you find and display the SC from Advanced Search?

The issue was due to the fact that the incorrect organization Id was selected.
