Dear friends,
we have in requirement gathering phase of a project where our client wants to have SAP SRM SUS (Supplier Self Service).
However I work in SAP Basis area and do not have sufficient information for SRM SUS. I have searched notes/documents but did not found much information. Can you please help me in understaning what requirements for SRM SUS server in terms of installation. Is this a normal SRM server or do we need more Addons on this or some other configuration.
best regards
ashish

Hi Snehal,
many thaks for information provided.
OK, i wil try to describe our requirement in little details.. actually we are upgrading SRM5.0 to SRM7.0
based on Note 707701.. i wanted to know what is SUS 1.0, SUS 2.0.. Is this a addon for SAP or it comes automatically as a component if we install SAP SRM server. What is the version in SRM7.0
best regards

Hi Ashish,
SUS is a component which comes with SRM server installation. Only thing is, since it is going to interface with external vendors, for production envirnoment you should have SUS configurations in a seperate client.
There is no seperate component for SUS, so when you install SRM 7, you will automatically get the SUS. Please find the SUS menu in IMG from the attached snapshot.
Regards,
Govardhan
just to add.. we are going to have SAP SRM 7.0.
