We have a problem in SRM Portal for ASN Cancellation only for some user ids’. Ex…user id xxxx &xxxx
If we cancel the same with other user id’s it’s getting cancelled. I have checked Role assignment in Portal and the same role assigned for all these buyers.
For your reference with User id yyyy we are able to do cancellations without any issue.

Just now I resolved the issue.the issue is I found roles are missing for user profile in SU01D and basis team reassigned the missing roles and it was resolved...now users are able to cancel ASN successfully.
