Hello All,

Issue: PO blocked in S4 cancels PO in Ariba network.

After partial GR/IR is posted in PO we are setting block indicator to PO line item in S/4 so no further GR can be posted in PO, PO status in Ariba network is updating as “Cancelled”. This is causing lot of confusion to suppliers as supplier is raising concern to us that why their PO is cancelled after fulfilling order.

For Block(S) and Deletion indicator(L) we have same field EKPO-LOEKZ however we want to restrict PO cancelation in Ariba network when block indicator is set in Purchase Order. Currently, block/deletion is considered as Operation Type = Delete in CIG hence PO gets canceled in Ariba network. (Please refer to SR: 261533/2022)

Hi, this is the expected behavior so both systems synch upon deletion indicators and to make sure the right status reflects in both your ERP and the Business Network. Perhaps your CSP can help you get more help through consulting, however!
