How to find SRM Component from portal

Dear Experts,

I am working in SRM 7.0. The problem im facing is not able to find the component and view name. When i right click and select more field help a popup shows no more field help is available. To get the component name whether i need any authorization?? and if authorization means what authorization and the authorzation is from Portal or Basis side. Kindly help me.

Hi Arun K.P,

Once Check whether the User ID that u r using is Having Developer AceessAuthorrisation .

If it is Missing Please ask ur Basis Team to Assign the Role and Once check with an User ID having Developer Access .
