Fieldglass & multiple integrations resource question

Hi

A client is looking for granular detail on what IT resources and time is needed to be allocated for a Fieldglass implementation with multiple ERP integrations. This has been estimated at a 16 week implementation, and I'm looking for the like sof 3rd line support, BA's etc, and who ever else is needed and what % of time on the project. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks
