Export and Import Shopping Cart

Hello!

I have just activated the customizing switch 'Activate/Deactivate Export and Import of Shopping Cart, and buttons "Import" and "Export" appeared in Shopping cart.

But when I am trying to export it, I can't save it as Excel file. It doesnt see Excel. However I have Excel (Office 13) on my computer.

What can be a problem?

Please mind the manual steps, too.

If no help, what is the SP-level of your SRM please? Do you see a specific error?

Hi Imre!

It's saving like ~wd_key005056A462CE1EE8A1BB7CF89C75B92A without any format, and if i am trying to open it with Excel, I get error. So error is not in sap, t occures while opening it from computer.

SRM_SERVER is 702. SP- level -21.
