Hi expert,

Encountered the error when trying to generate credit memo for returned item.

Any idea?

Returned PO was created and the Goods Receipt notice has been received

Hello, is it happening for all credit memos. can you try different browser and check and clear cache. Please paste the ANERR error which you are getting.

Hi,

I have used more than one browser and had the same problem.

I had also cleared the browser cache and still have the same error.

The error code is 90000000000000000800597652.

This looks like an intermittent system issue. Is this happening every time you create a return PO? Or is this happening with other transactions created too? As the message states clean your cache and cookies and see if that helps.

Hi,

I have done the cleared the cache. I am trying to do testing for returned itme credit memo which I could not get it worked.

Please advise what could be the problem.

Hi

These messages with error codes rarely occur. If they do - partner usually needs to report it via a Service Request and support to investigate and provide the cause.

When checking from back-end I see that error log throws 'nullpointerexception' when copying values of the PO onto credit memo.

I suspect that PO is missing one of the values that is mandatory for credit memo creation.

Is this happening for all POs or just one?

If for all, maybe I will need to find a working example and we need to compare what is missing in your PO that is causing this issue.

Hi Prem,

We are doing a return PO scenario here. This is the 1st time we tested the return PO scenario with Credit Memo for Return items and hit this error. Not sure what could be the problem.

In another PO, we tested cancellation of GR (Movt type 102) and create line item credit memo. And it worked fine.
