Display Inactive Contacts

Hi,

Normally If we mark supplier contact as inactive in Esourcing, that contact is disappearing from the supplier contact list. How to display those inactive contacts in supplier record. Please advice

Hi Natarajan,

In the Supplier Management module, there is a query named "Search Supplier Contacts by Name" which has several filters one of which is "Inactive" equals "Yes" or "No". If you set the flag to Inactive "Yes", the result should fetch you the Supplier Contacts that are flagged as "Inactive".

Hi,

Go to supplier search and click personalize(right hand side last top) add(tick) inactive field  ,by this way you can get inactive supplier list.Have look below screens.
