Auction remains with Open pending status

Hi,

We have configured sap sourcing 9.0 with SP05 .

We are abel to access four ULRs (system,enterprise ,buyer & vendor) with respective acceses successfuly.

We have uploaded custumization data .

Now when we are creating the auction auction is created but remains in

open pending status when open time reaches .

We are unable to troubleshoot error also from action-> auction monitor is missing for buyer .

Can the solution to this issue be shared? We have found this issue in one of our environments and are stuck on finding a solution
