Hi,
We are using Extended classic Scenario and the first level of approval for the shopping cart is based on the Person responsible for Cost center or WBS element being used.
The second level approver should be from the Org structure. Level 1 is the person responsible and level 2 is the hierarchical approver from the Org Structure.
So far only Level 1 is being triggered but not other though we use higher amounts in the Shopping cart.
Can anyone has faced this scenario?
