How to track new IDoc generated by WE19 from old IDoc

Hi Expert,

We had a failed inbound IDoc with status 51.

User used WE19 to correct and generate a new IDoc, so the status of failed IDoc became 68 now.

The question is, as I only know the number of old IDoc, where can I find the new generated IDoc? Is there any link table between these two IDocs?

As far as I am aware there is no link created between old and new idoc while editing it via WE19.

Why don't you directly amend the erroneous idoc by double clicking on the segment with wrong data and select edit option. After changes are made to segment field, a copy of original idoc in status 70 will be created and original idoc can be processed in successful status.

As Vibhor said there is no direct link .But you can find the newly posted idoc in the table in EDID4 using old idoc data information.If there is minor change in the failed idoc then use the transaction WE02 edit option to correct the idoc .
