Issue with Bulk Requisition Creation and Excel Copy-Paste ( Manage Manual Reservations application )

we need to Manage Manual Reservations through requisitions, but we are encountering the following challenges. 

• Bulk Requisition Creation: We are unable to create requisitions in bulk for the 650 items that need to be transferred. The system does not seem to support this functionality for our use case.
• Excel Copy-Paste Issue: Even though we have the data in the correct format in Excel, the system is not allowing us to copy and paste the information into the requisition fields.

Add button to the column. Have another field in the model to set visibility flag and bind this flag to the button. Conditionally change this field based on the conditions mentioned above.
