Do you someone experience and deep understanding how much capacity this solution gives?

Example 1: If you need ethanol CAS-number; 64-17-5 and what religion and language you want, could you generate standard SDS from Verisk data?

Example 2: If you have mixture substance and their cas-number and substance ratios could you generate SDSs easiy without manually work?

Example 3: If you want use internal SDSs, including OEB, OEL, material numbes etc. could you create expert rule and print SDS withoout these details in the outbound process (EWM) ?

Below are inputs / comments:

Example 1: If you need ethanol CAS-number; 64-17-5 and what religion and language you want, could you generate standard SDS from Verisk data?

Answer1: When you load Regulatory Content - Offline or Online or Cloud solution, It will load for all languages in Specification Identifier and Then you use this data in your Real Sub Specification to generate SDS.

CAS Number 64-17-5 : You will have at Listed Sub level - Which you further inherent in Pure or Raw and then further you use at composition level (As per your data structure) It is not recommended to generate SDS at Listed sub level.

Example 2: If you have mixture substance and their cas-number and substance ratios could you generate SDSs easiy without manually work?

Answer 2: Means at compositions level you have mix of both CAS-Number substances ratios, You need automatic generation of SDS - This can be managed with some customization as automatic generation is not standard solution.

Example 3: If you want use internal SDSs, including OEB, OEL, material numbes etc. could you create expert rule and print SDS withoout these details in the outbound process (EWM) ?

Answer3: You need SDS for internal reports! We can have custom expert rule, But I will not suggest unless have more information on what data you want to populate for which region. Can you provide more information. I can suggest to have custom Template if already you have Data in Property Tree.

Example 1: If you need ethanol CAS-number; 64-17-5 and what religion and language you want, could you generate standard SDS from Verisk data? => you need "data". And data is only provided by Verisk on "LIST_SUB" and similar level. Not on "REAL_SUB" level. (it depends what services you are getting from Verisk. e.g. for SDS: you need DG data.) But if you have maintained the REAL_SUB; if you have received content from Verisk (phrase translations; WWI templates, rule sets etc.): you will get a "standard SDS".. in most cases: the "Verisk" standard is not "good" enough for most of the companies acting. So most companies "add" something to their "WWI" process (many different adaptions of many kind are known)

Example 2: If you have mixture substance and their cas-number and substance ratios could you generate SDSs easiy without manually work? => No. Roughly 80 % of the data comes from "REAL_SUB" (refer to example 1). If you do not have the data maintained: you will not get a "good" SDS.

Example 3: If you want use internal SDSs, including OEB, OEL, material numbes etc. could you create expert rule and print SDS withoout these details in the outbound process (EWM) ?

=> you can use SAP EHS classic without Verisk content. But then your company must have "EHS" experts. Normally the "SDS" dispatch is related to SAP SD process and not SAP eWM process

PS: in a nutshell: the use of "Verisk" services you increase the speed to prepare a SAP EHS classic IT landscape which have benefits to the business (e.g. speed to generate a SDS)

BUT Verisk do NOT (according to my knowledge) deliver WWI templates in the GLM area and this is clearly needed to support the business (if you are a chemical company)

A: Yes , it is possible using with SAP Product compliance module withVersik ERC or optimize regulatory content , it's not ready made use ERP but you need to perform extent level of configuration to perform this secondary data determination from content based on primary data.

Example 2: If you have mixture substance and their cas-number and substance ratios could you generate SDSs easiy without manually work?

A : Yes , it possible with some data triggers like State of matter and flash point.

Example 3: If you want use internal SDSs, including OEB, OEL, material numbes etc. could you create expert rule and print SDS withoout these details in the outbound process (EWM) ?

A: Yes , you can create expert rules to run on supplier substances as well , printing SDS will be a manual activity if you don't have the outbound process, you can automate SDS printing with some customization as well.
