SAP Product Stewardship Network 3.2 is the latest release of our cloud-based solution which connects supply chain partners and provides exchange of structured information on product compliance and sustainability data.
This release extends our three offered scenarios: Compliance declaration, Conflict Minerals and Sustainability Assessment.
The Conflict Minerals scenario enables the customer to collaborate with their business partners regarding compliance with regulations that limit the use of conflict minerals in electronic products. Customers can exchange declarations based on the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template created by the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition® (EICC®) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI). The solution runs a validity check with the actual certified smelter lists provided by the conflict-free sourcing initiative® (CFSI®). Moreover conflict minerals related data can be assessed and the solution can generate the required reports needed to comply with the SEC's final rule.

For content, the solution is based on category assessments that were developed byThe Sustainability Consortium® (TSC®). Moreover the Sustainability Assessment scenario offers the abilty to operate with customer specific questionnaires.
The Compliance Declaration scenario enables a manufacturer to minimize the effort to ensure product compliance for REACH SVHCs and RoHS. Powered by standard integration into the OnPremise System EHSM, regulation content and services, this solution enables exchange of compliance data with the supply chain partners, collaborate with other product compliance engineers and experts, and improve the relationship with the supply chain regarding product compliance.
