PPM Work Flow setting

Dear expert,

I want to implement when item DP Status changes, the status of the project phase changes.

I already know I need to activate the implementation /RPM/DES_POINT_WF of the BAdI definition /RPM/DECISION_POINT.

The problem I have now is that the 'activity' is emtpy in the following path,I don't know if this affects the functionality I mentioned above, or if this configuration is just for sending emails.

SPRO > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Portfolio Management > Global Customizing > Global Settings > Workflow Settings >maintain configuration for workflow recipients

Hi Main Wu,

You can achieve this requirement of status synchronization from Item DP status to project phase using standard DFM (Decision Flow Management) configuration. Using DFM, you can synchronize status, attributes and authorization. Check below link for more details.
