In 24.05 release, SAP introduced new SAP Digital Manufacturing POD plugin Production time on / Production time off which refers to the duration during which a resource is actively engaged in producing a material, not including any idle time.

In this blog post, I will show you how to configure and use Labor & Machine time parallelly within SAP Digital Manufacturing.

Configure

To get started, in Manage Business Settings app, you need to enable Allow operator to track labor on Inactive SFC’s and Enable auto approval time records for Labor Tracking.

Use

Once all required configurations are in place, you can open your POD and try it out.
