Hi,
We have implemented Initiative workflow with 6 levels approval. Workflow is working fine.
But, in order to update the Initiative status; we need to apply a User status profile. Thus, the system will update relevant status automatically on approval from relevant Stakeholder.
I can see and choose user status profile manually in Initiative. But, the relevant status code and its description are not appearing.
First of all, I want to make it default for all the initiatives. Secondly, the relevant user status code and its description must be visible on UI screen.
I tried 'Check field configuration' but could not find any such option there.
Also, there is no straight configuration in Initiative type like it is in Item type or Project profile in PS to select a default user status profile.
Shall we use a BADI 'INM_EX_INITIATIVE_STATUS’ OR ‘INM_INITIATIVE_O_BADI’ to make it default?
Will status code and its description also visible using above BADI? OR Is there any other functionality to visible status code and its description?
Please suggest.

Hi,
We could able to make default user status profile using BADI 'INM_INITIATIVE_O_BADI'.
Also, the relevant status codes and its description are appearing in Initiative.
Note: Technical colleague was on vacation so raised this query before implementing BADI by him.
