In Project Management we are using evaluations and severities to send email notifications when tasks, phases or projects are considedered critical. The severities are mainly based on tasks being overdue according to the planned dates.
However, we do not want to trigger these emails if the profect is not released. Any suggestions on how we can achieve this? I can not use the project status when defining the threshold values for tasks, or in the evaluations. (We are using aggregated severities)
Or are there any other suggestions on how to prevent these emails?
