EHS: Tradesecret and rule exp_comp

Hi,

I have an issue with the tradescret function and the ruleset comp. I have an product which has two products in its exact composition based on products (ComType ACT_AGENT):

Each of the them has a poylmer within their composition with the comptype tradesec:

After running the ruleset comp, the polymers have the comptype ACT_AGENT within the standard composition.

Do you have an idea why the ruleset has used the comptype ACT_AGENT?

Hello glienkedustin,

The rule does not take into account the component types of pure substances when delving deeper. All sub-components of a first-level component are listed with the component type from the first-level component.

All rules are part of the content providers package and therefore it might make sens to reach out your content provider. For 3E you might want to check from the 'Administration Manual':

• A.62. How to disclose component names
