I found out that PSN supports supplier invitation process for business partners which are not part of the network.
But how it works for customers?

Hi Alex,
with the current release it is not possible to invite customers from within the system. Please write a standard email with the link to our platform to invite your customers.
However, we are currently thinking about including the functionality in one of our future releases.
