GRC AC10.1 If manager and role owner is same person then system skip the manager stage

Hi Experts,

I'm hoping that you can assist with a query, I have on the AC 10.1, Sp15 ARM approval workflow process.

If manager and role owner is same person then system skip the manager stage and request must be triggered to role owner approval because that's where mitigation is mandatory.Once role owner approved then user get provisioned.

Is it possible to compare Stage Config. ID (GRAC_MANAGER & GRAC_ROLEOWNER) in decision table through BRF+, if possible then we can get client needs.

Please provide possible solution!
