No agent found, cancelling path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH (in stage no. 002 - GRAC_ROLEOWNER) - Workflow

Dear All,

I encounter the error 'no agent found, cancelling path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH (in stage no. 002 - GRAC_ROLEOWNER)' in the Role stage for the request I created in GRC. We didn't have any issues during the initial approval stage process by GRC_MANAGER after the request was created. However, we are experiencing this error in the Role stage.

How can we solve the problem? Can you please help me ? Thank you.

Please make sure you have role owner mainatined for role - TEST_GRC2 in NWBC and checkbox checked as well.

Yes, I set the owner of the role, I also updated the User to Role owner in the Setup Owner field. But it's not working.
