As I understand that SAP BPC 10.1 embedded version allows for real time consolidation.
I also understand that the real time currency translation is done in S/4 HANA, so does this mean that currency translation step is not needed in BPC anymore?

If we choose to go for BPC Currency Translation, is it possible to maintain daily currency exchange rates in BPC for both Consolidation and Planning?

What's the purpose of having daily rates? Especially for consolidation...
When creating a model in RTC (Real-Time Consolidation) you can opt in using the S4Hana Currency Translation or the BPC Currency Translation.
