BPC classic locking: Is this possible by characteristic like BPC embedded

Hi,

In BPC embedded, it is possible to lock the data by characteristic. This avoids users to lock each other.

BPC Classic only locks data when saving, but it locks everything. If all users start working at the same time, it gives locking errors sometimes. Is it possible with the

locking concurrency control to lock also specific attributes in BPC Classic when saving? The packages run in parallel.

But what do you mean by: "packages run in parallel"? What packages are you talking about? Please explain you scenario in details!
