Why the material in production order is getting consumed excess?

Hello Gurus,

All the components in my plant are batch managed and all the necessary configuration is also done. i'm not getting why some components (roh, halb,) are getting excess or low consumed against the requirement quantity during production order confirmation through  CO15. 

Need your valuable inputs here in order to solve the error. Is there anything which needs to be maintain in the material master or batch determination configuration settings. ( auto batch determination during production order release is also set)
