Which App to track payment of invoice

Hi everyone,

is there a way to track the payment status of an invoice? 

Business case is that our sales department is taking care of the invoicing as well, and they want to keep track of which invoices have lately been payed.

We would like to see invoice number, date of payment and if possible sales order number.

Hi Pierre,

Does Manage Customer Line Items suffice your requirement?

Here you can add the column clearing date and net due date for checking the late payment. Clearing Date shows the date on which the payment was made and Net Due Date is the date on which the payment has to be made. However, the field Sales Order is not available to add as a column in this app. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Maybe the App 'Monitor Payments' might suit your needs?

Some of it's features:

- Access the details for banks, accounts, and payments

- See contact information for all approvers of the batch

- Navigate to the details of the payment medium file if it has been created
