where can I set the delivery lead time

Hi experts,

I would like to know where I can set a delivery lead time. In my current system, nothing can be confirmed unless I have set the delivery date to 3 working days after system date(I have enough unrestricted use stock). I wonder is there a parameter/configuration that make the system to have such behaviour. Thanks in advance.
