what is OSS? how to refer OSS note 75778?

Hello Deva,
OSS is SAPs own online support. You can access it at service.sap.com. The basic intention is to offer support to the customers in fixing the bugs that exist in the SAP installation.
OSS notes are nothing but correction notes that tell you how to fix a bug. It will normally have code section explaining what code to be put and where to fix a bug.

Hi Deva,
OSS means Online service support notes.This we can get in www.service.sap.com, To acess this we need User Id and password.If u hav acess to it then u can acess OSS notes and in the search u can type the number.
