We have just completed a 2023 FPS 01 upgrade - the FLP looks all messed up

The "save button" is missing from the settings - so no changes can be made to any of the FLP settings (for e.g., appearance)

Also the std SAP Home page menu and the business catalog listing appear to have overlapped each other - so neither option is fully accessible

You invalidated the Global Cache and ran the SAPUI5 index calculate report?  Also, if you are using a Custom Theme, try one of the standard themes from SAP.  If that works, the issue would be the need to rebuild your custom theme.
