No speciic field for warranty in Material master...........
But we can capture the warranty of material with particular Vendor who providing warranty for that is through.....Purchase info Record.
we can achieve this by creation of Certification categories for example category as Warranty
Do the following configration settings for Info record
step1;
SPRO-->MM>Purchasing->Purchase info record--->Maintain inspection Certificate categories
Create certificate categoy (W) discrpition warranty
select relavent chek boxes as per ur requirement -
Save it
Step 2------> Maintain info record for material
ME11-->Genaral data--->Select Certificate ctagory W as u defined earlier in configration
Enter certificate number means warranty number in our termonology
Enter Valid to
If u want enter country of origon,region and customer tariff number Save
