User defined fields not displayed on Routings-Operation screen despite enabling in tcode OPEC

Hello, 
I have Customised new user field key in OPEC and same has been assigned it to routing in CA02 for specific operation but unfortunetely i did not see field on the operation screen not even administration of user fields in routing setting , attached is some picture of it
JFYI, i have also checked the field selection parameters where all fields are as "Input" nothing is hide 

Can someone help me here out what could be concern ?

As soon as you assign user-specific field key into the routing operation, you should see the respective fields in the operation details screen.
