US to CANADA Sales Tax - Unable to Trigger CTXP

Experts,

I have researched SCN and I am unable to find help on the issue that I am facing. Please help me with your valuable inputs on the issue that I am facing. We have a requirement where we are exporting goods out of US to Canada customers. We use vertex and the tax procedure assigned to our pricing procedure that we newly created for this scenario is TAXUSX.

We added CTXJ as a condition type with JRC1, JRC2, JRC3 and JRC4 under that but its not triggering during the billing. Also when I try to add condition record in VF11, its gives me an error saying my tax code is not valid for pricing procedure TAXUSX (which seems to be correct because my tax code falls under TAXCAJ( which is tax procedure for Canada. ) Why is it not triggering tax procedure TAXCAJ after I am adding CTXJ condition in my US pricing procedure

Is my approach wrong or am I missing something ?

Can you please advise on what should be the approach and steps to activate Canadian taxes for the ships that are sold to Canadian customers.

Please help as soon as possible. I appreciate your inputs and responses.
