URGENT - Maintenance plan scheduling

Hi Experts,

Please I need your help I created a Time Based Maintenance Plan with frequency every Month (1 Month). With the following details:

Start date: 01.01.2025

Duration: 12 Months

Cycle: 1 Month (every month)

I want to get order every month for all 2025. When I did the scheduling (today for example 12/14/2023) I get only one entry in IP10 that's all I don't understand why the scheduling is not from the start date and for the whole period of 12 Months (please check screen)

Hi Mika, on the 'Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameters' tab, please amend the Scheduling Period. I suspect it's currently empty but if you wish to see Scheduled Calls for an entire year enter 365 Days.

Also, your Scheduled Start date is in theory to date at which the previous call *would have* been generated. Another way to say this is subtract one month from the date at which you want your first Call Date... so Start Date 01.12.2024 will mean your first Call Date is 01.01.2025

Thank you for your answer, my scheduling period currently have 12 Months it's not empty.

I think from the behaviour of SAP the scheduling can't start from the future "as start date" it starts from the date of the scheduling system date.
