Usage/Consumption of PRT

Dear All,                                                                                                                                                            The customer requires that PRT be utilized for a maximum of 5 production orders. After the 5th order, the shelf life of the PRT will expire, it should be consumed and replaced with a new PRT for the 6th production order.                                                                                                                                                                  Is it OKAY to use Equipment PRT in this case??  We have already created the Equipment PRT, along with a counter and a maintenance plan, and assigned it to the routing of the finished goods (FG) material.            After confirming the production order, report is generating(Tcode- IK17) for the quantity of equipment consumed.                                                                                                                                                However, how can we get the report on basis of PRT used in No. of production orders and its restriction beyond 5th production order.

Please help in these case, its quite urgent

That is implement with PRT counters - see SAP Help Maintenance Planning for Production Resources/Tools. They count how many times a PRT (tool) was used.
