Unable to reprint output delivery

We use old GUI app VL01N to create delivery with SO quantity of 10 and change delivery quantity to 8. However, we cannot reprint the outbound delivery if we further update the quantity to 5 as the picking_list form already in completed status.

Even we click "View Delivery Output" via new Fiori app "Pick outbound delivery", it still cannot reprint the output document with latest quantity number as well.

Please advise if there is available option in S4hana cloud that we can reprint the delivery with up-to-date quantity information?

Hi,

After a change is made to the outbound delivery and saved, the system does not automatically update the content of the output Pick List: Pick List | Generating Output for Outbound Deliveries.

To generate a new PDF of Pick List with the updated item quantity of an outbound delivery, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the APP Change Outbound Delivery, and open the delivery note.
  2. In the Header menu, navigate to Extras->Delivery Output->Output Control.

  3. In the Output view, click "Add Output" to create a new Pick List with properties below:
    • Output Type: DELIVERY_PICK_LIST
    • Role: WE
    • Receiver: {The ship-to of the delivery note}
    • Channel: PRINT
    • Country/Region: {The destination country/region ISO two digits code}
    • Language: {The expected language of the output content}
    • Form Template: {The expected template of the output}
  4. Press "Enter", and click "Send Output".

Kindly be noted that you might need to manually select the Print Queue of the manually created output by clicking "Display Details" in order to successfully "Send Output".
